The Shura Council required a unified, reliable digital platform to publish legislative information and constitutional amendments while ensuring accessibility, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Approach
Built a unified frontend architecture using React and Next.js with reusable layouts, SSR for performance and SEO, and accessibility-first UI patterns to support both dynamic legislative content and static informational sections.
